- 500 Mbps fiber (tested daily by actual remote workers)
- Heated floors + AC you control
- Real kitchen: big fridge, oven, everything to actually cook
- Walk-in shower + your own washer (in the bathroom)
- Good mattress + topper. Hotel sheets (the ones that actually feel nice)
- Ergonomic chair if you stay 1+ month. Twin beds available

Living Room
Big couch. Fast wifi. Usually empty — perfect for deep work sessions.
